Simons Bench January 2009
The family spent a fantastic Christmas at Fenstanton, some staying at Sues and some staying at The Golden Ball, where the family met for Christmas Lunch, it was good to all be together, and a good time was had by all, a few sore heads in the morning as would only be expected from a gathering like this.
The family took some time out whilst all together to visit Simon's bench and have a few moments of contemplation. One year on, and the memories are still very intense, but with time I am sure it will ease. Simon's and our friends have been a huge strength to us over this last 12 months and would like to thank them on behalf of the family for there support.

One can imagine whilst sitting on the bench the beaters moving through the Elephant grass close by, sending the game into the air.
